Welcome to Sports News Sunraysia. I'm Sam your go-to sports reporter with a lifelong passion for all things sports. Growing up in regional Victoria, I've been immersed in the world of basketball, football and golf from a young age. My love for sports is more than just a hobby, it's a way of life.

This year has been particularly exciting as I've had the honour of being invited to compete in the WebEx All Abilities competition and represent Golf Victoria in the Special Olympics team. I'm currently training hard for the Special Olympics, which will be held in October on the beautiful Gold Coast. It's a dream come true, and I'm committed to giving it my all.

When I'm not on the sidelines reporting on local sports, you can usually find me cruising around town on my beloved bike. If you see me, don't hesitate to give me a wave, I always appreciate a friendly hello!
